Scholarships

Purpose:

The purpose of the Heartland Circus Arts Foundation Scholarship Program is to remove barriers and provide financial assistance to individuals seeking to participate in circus and aerial arts education. Scholarships are awarded to help recipients access programs that inspire creativity, confidence, and community connection.

Eligibility Guidelines:

• Scholarships are open to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels who demonstrate financial need and/or a strong interest in participating.

• Current eligibility includes participation in classes, workshops, or community programs offered through Cirque Wonderland Studios or other future partner organizations approved by the Board of Directors that align with the Foundation’s mission.

• Recipients are required to maintain at least 80% attendance and comply with all policies and behavioral expectations outlined in the Cirque Wonderland Studios Participant Handbook and Waiver Agreement.

Award Distribution

• Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the educational program provider (e.g., Cirque Wonderland Studios) on behalf of the recipient.

• Awards may cover partial or full tuition, registration fees, or related program costs.

• Scholarships are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• All awards are subject to annual funding availability.
